Exercise during and after pregnancy can look a little different. Your body is undergoing many changes during this time, and it is extremely important to stay in-tune to what your body may be telling you it needs. If you could use some personalized guidance in a small group setting from the comfort of your own home, then here are some options for you:

 

  • Pregnancy Exercise Class

    • from 1st to 3rd trimester, this class will address your body's postural changes due to pregnancy, modifications to common exercises per the changing demands to your system, & activity training for daily activities which commonly become painful during pregnancy.​

  • Early Postpartum Exercise Class

    • whether you delivered vaginally or cesarean, your body may need to hit the reset button. This class will help you restart your core, back, and pelvic muscles the correct way, preventing bad habits and dysfunction as you return to your daily routines with a new baby in tow.​

    • **this class is ideal for women who are <8 weeks postpartum

  • Postpartum Exercise Class 

    • no matter how far out you are from delivery, your body may be healed but it is forever changed. Returning to exercise may not look or feel like it used to - that's what this class is here to help with! Let's figure out your body's new normal and set you up for success as you work towards your goals.​
