Ask a question.
I am often told by my patients how much the appreciated and benefited from the education I provided in our sessions together. Growing up, we're often taught more about birth control and period products than we are about our anatomy, how things function, and how to recognize when something isn't functioning how it is supposed to. This is why at the very first session I have with any of my patients or clients, I start with education on their anatomy, their physiology, and what their unique symptoms, diagnosis, condition, or phase of life or pregnancy means to them individually. I find that when someone actually understands what is going on, they seem to not only enjoy participating in their health and wellness care, but they also become more confident, self-advocating, aware, and empowered.

So I invite you to ask me the questions you've always wondered about but were either too nervous to ask or perhaps there just wasn't enough time during your last clinic visit. Take the time to learn about your body, your health, your wellness, because no one else will do it for you.
I have multiple options for you to take advantage of:
-
Schedule a phone call or video chat, and we'll cover all the topics you're interested in learning more about, including pelvic model visuals, live exercise demonstrations, & educational self-care tips.
-
Have a small group of women you're interested in doing a small group educational hour with?! Let me know what topics you'd like to cover, and I will put together a unique educational presentation followed by live Q&A time afterwards!
-
Don't have time for a formal visit or maybe your schedule is too unpredictable for a set meeting call or video chat? No problem! I will set you up with virtual sessions via email or texting. Send me your questions on your time when it's convenient for you - while standing in the grocery line or breastfeeding at 3am - and I'll respond back within 24 hours with answers, tips, or whatever you need to feel more comfortable and confident in your pelvic awareness.

Now it's up to you...
